Parish Council meeting agendas usually have three or four new planning applications for the Council to discuss and advise Leeds of its opinion. A sign of the recession is that there have been three consecutive months with no planning applications in front of the Council. However, the April agenda listed two applications. One swallow doesn't make a summer but could it be symbolic of the first green shoots of the economic recovery?
