East Keswick's best known pub, the Duke of Wellington, is now fully reopen and offering lunches and dinners six days a week plus Sunday lunches all Sunday afternoon.

Three special offers have also been unveiled. Each Monday evening, the Duke is offering Curry Nightys with curry and a pint available for just £6.95. Wednesday lunchtimes offers exceptional value to the over 60s with a Young at Heart three course meal for £7.95. Thursday nights are steak nights with an 8oz rump plus a pint of beer or glass of wine for £8.95.

Apart from the restaurant facilities, the Duke welcomes those just wanting to pop in for a drink. Its hand pulled real ale includes John Smith's Bitter and Timothy Taylor's Landlord bitter. and a guest beer currently Black Sheep Bitter.
